WARRANTY POLICY:
There are no warranties for the mesh windows on all carriers due to the behaviors of the animal. We do not take any responsibility for the behaviors of the pet and the pet owner. We can not guarantee the part against damage. We will provide a 1 year warranty after the purchase from the shipping date to the end user against defects in material and workmanship. The item must be approved and reported within the 1 year warranty. We ask that the consumer retain the dated sales receipt as proof of purchase.

Request for Defective Warranty - Contact Customer Service at (800) 886-2275 or defective@gottreats.com to request for a warranty defective allowance. The item will be repaired or replaced and will be returned, postage prepaid, as soon as practicable.

RETURN POLICY:
There is a 20% restocking fee if the item is returned without authorization.
All items must be returned within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to initiate a return. The item must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery date.

Contact Customer Service at (800) 886-2275 or email returns@gottreats.com to report the return. Invoice #, Date of Purchase, and the Reason for the Return must be provided to the Customer Service Representative. Our Customer Service Response Team will contact you within one to two business days with a RMA# for the return.

All items must be returned new in their original condition, original packaging and all accessories. Please note that your return will be subject for inspection upon arrival and all missing or damaged items will be charged an additional fee.
